Paying for your custom order:
After successfully claiming a custom space via Instagram you will be sent a DM with information on how to submit your custom designs. You will be provided with a price quote over DM and you will have 2 payment options: Paypal Invoice or Etsy Listing.
If you are a customer ordering from the EU you must make payment via an Etxy Listing.
Invoices/Listings must be paid in full within 24 hours or you will lose your custom space and be blocked from claiming custom spaces in the future.
Once the designs have been sumbitted and your invoice has been paid, you cannot alter your order and no refunds will be given.
Shipping Cost:
UK Shipping: £4 or FREE on orders of £50+
International Shipping (Outside UK): £15 or FREE on orders of £150+
Shipping and Processing Time:
Each customer will be given a processing time for their order when they place it. Custom items are hand made from your specification and each type of item will vary in how long it takes! This is expected to be between 4-6 weeks for most orders.
AFTER items are complete and posted, UK customers should expect to receive their items within 3-5 working days and international customers should expect to receive their items within 5-10 working days.
International orders may incur customs fees to pay.
